We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your Eddie Bauer product, you can return it within 60 days of purchase with a valid proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Enter your order number and zip code into our online returns portal to print a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items you wish to return in the original packaging or a sturdy box and include the packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location or drop box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
